Yummy Goodness! July 20, 2010

Lately I haven't been able to get enough of Ry Girl's cute face. I kiss her sweet little cheeks too death on most days and she is already learning to turn her little head as if she's saying "Moooooom gross!" But I know the day of her actually saying that is far off, so I will continue my little kissing frenzy as long as I can.

I got a picture of her the other day that captured the yummy goodness of those little cheeks. Ahhhh.

5 Month Update: July 10, 2010

Rylee recently turned 5 months old. She is growing ridiculously fast and it feels like she reaches a new milestone each week. Here are a few of our favorite photos.

Rylee has taken a HUGE liking to the dogs and they are getting pretty interested in her too. She could sit at the slider and watch them for hours if we let her.

She is getting very close to sitting up unsupported. She can hold herself up for a little while but usually ends up falling to one side or straight back.

She's teething! This is my least favorite part of being a mom so far! Here is a picture of her after she finally passed out. See what she's got gripped in her hands? Teething tablets!

She is smiling- a lot and all the time! Our favorite is the moment she wakes up- she literally can't stop smiling when she wakes.

Rylee Girl's First Vacation: July 9, 2010

We took Rylee on her first vacation this week. We camped at Campland on the Bay in San Diego with our friends the Shipees. Rylee's favorite part of the trip was probably sleeping in between mom and dad every single night, but she was also quite in love with Rugby and Dublin, the Shippee's dogs. Each time you caught a glimpse of one of them, she broke out in laughter!

We had a great time fishing, making s'mores, having Sequence marathons, playing Bocce Ball and tons of other fun stuff. Here are a few pictures from the trip.
